Newsletter
Subscribers provide an email and consent to receive devotionals. You can unsubscribe with a private link supplied at signup or in each sent email. Email records remain in our existing Cloudflare D1 database; delivery requires an external sending provider.
South Florida & the Florida Keys Retreat RSVP
We ask for a name, email and interest in baptism or support, solely to plan the event and send relevant updates. We do not publicly display your RSVP. You may request deletion using our contact line.
Contributions and partnership recognition
Our contribution buttons open a PayPal-hosted donation page for one-time or monthly giving. PayPal handles payment details under its own terms; our website does not collect payment card numbers. Names may be published on our Partner Recognition page only after payment is confirmed and the organizer approves publication, unless the supporter opts out. No contributions or partner identities are automatically imported from PayPal into our website.

Retiro registration
Retreat RSVPs collect contact details, attendance counts, baptism interest, lodging/travel preferences and optional food accommodation or prayer information. Phone and sensitive optional details are encrypted before storage when the private backend is configured. Access is restricted to organizers. You can request deletion using our public contact line.
Private prayer requests
If you submit a prayer request, we store the request text and any email address you voluntarily enter in our private Cloudflare D1 database. These requests are accessible to the Extraordinary News administrator, are not publicly displayed, and are used for prayer and any follow-up you request.
Please avoid submitting sensitive identifying details or location information if doing so could put you at risk. This inbox is not an emergency service. To request removal of a message, use the contact information on our contact page.
